4soft offers over 30 3D objects. They come in different shapes, sizes and designs. The core is made from SBR 10mm top layer which includes the graphic is made from high quality EPDM and polyurethane binder.

Packaging: 3D graphics are supplied wrapped in plastic and attached on wooden pallet.

WORKING WITH 3D GRAPHICS IS VERY EASY. JUST GLUE THEM!

Step 1

01 | Copy the graphic on the SBR layer along with the requested design.

Step 2

02 | Place one or two components and glue them directly on the SBR – be careful about the upper side of the component to avoid staining by the binder!

Step 3

03 | Place the 3D component and press it properly to improve the glue distribution.

Step 4

04 | Apply the thick binder on the outside edges of the 3D component to avoid their separation from the rest of the EPDM on the top layer.

Step 5

05 | Screed and compress your final EPDM layer around your 3D component. Cartridges or salami. For example Proline T44 or Extrem FIX.

Step 6

06 | To transport the heavy 3D anthill, use two iron bars and pass them through the holes.

Step 7

07 | To transport the heavy 3D ladybird or 3D turtle, we install two belts directly on them to make the manipulation easier.

Step 8

08 | You can use two iron bars to attach the belts to the components. After gluing the 3D objects, the belts can be cut away or just pulled out.

WARNING: BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE UPPER SIDE OF THE COMPONENT TO AVOID STAINING BY THE BINDER.
